What To Do With Canned Beans

Canned beans have a long shelf-life and are so versatile!

Here are some fun and easy ideas to get you excited about including more beans in your routine:

  • Make an herbs/bean salad: beans + olive oil + vinegar of choice + herbs of choice (fresh or dried)

  • Toss in a grain bowl or salad for some extra protein and fiber

  • Make 3 bean chili: 3 types of beans + crushed tomatoes + chili powder, black pepper, salt + sautéed onions/garlic
